Return Policy – NordBloom Candles
NordBloom Candles is an online boutique specializing in handcrafted decorative candles made from natural materials, including floral and sculptural designs. As we do not operate a physical retail store, all returns must be arranged by email in advance.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unburned
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in the same condition as received
- Include proof of purchase
Due to the delicate and decorative nature of our candles, items that show signs of use, burning, melting, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted for return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Our candles are handcrafted and carefully packed, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or burned candles
- Custom or personalized candles
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Because our candles are decorative and made from natural wax and fragrance oils, minor variations in color, scent, or finish are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.
The item must remain unused, unburned, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
